Running

I have recently been running again in Athletics for Cross Country, and I've noticed how out of shape I am.
You can get out of shape really fast, without even knowing it. A week of doing nothing can really just throw you for a loop. I've noticed that it's been getting harder for me to do everyday. I need to get back into shape and fast :) We have our first Cross Country meet this Saturday and i'm nervous; i'm not even sure if i'll be able to run, but I'll make the best of it. If i give my 100% out there I'll be proud of myself.
